GREEK FRIED AUBERGINES/EGGPLANTS
Greek Recipe Ingredients:
* Four eggplants/aubergines
* Two eggs, beaten
* Some cooking oil
Greek Recipe Instructions:
First of all clean the eggplants and slice them, in 1/16 inch (3mm) slices. And then Put the oil in a skilet and heat. Next is to take an eggplant slice at a time and cover it with the egg mixture. And then place onto the skillet and cook for a minute or so. Turn and cook other side. Repeat until all of the slices are done. Serve with Tzaziki...enjoy the fried eggplants. ! Nice !
